Q:  Can I request a print catalog?

A:   Stardust does not offer print material to consumers. Our website is the best form of a catalog available, since we are able to constantly add new styles as they are created.

Q:  Can you tell me the price of a ring or piece of jewelry on this website?

A:   No, we cannot provide pricing to consumers. Stardust Diamonds is a manufacturer of fine jewelry, and wholesale company. Q:  I am a retail store and was contacted by a customer looking for a Stardust ring. The number they gave me is not one of your style numbers, what do I do?

A:   A Diamond is Forever.com uses their own style numbers to label all jewelry on their website. You can click here to see all the jewelry that Stardust currently has featured in the Design Gallery, with the Stardust style number included for your ordering benefit.

Q:  What is your warranty?

A:   Our jewelry has a lifetime warranty limited to normal usage and wear. In order to maintain this warranty you must send your jewelry for an annual inspection by one of our Master Jewelers. The manufacturer's warranty will be voided if a non-Stardust jeweler performs maintenance of any kind on your jewelry.
